  • Power Your Purpose

    Program Strategy with a twist. This is my signature program where we review your programs, organisation and why to power your purpose.

    Who is this program for?

    You already have a business that runs a program with purpose that is creating positive change in this world. Your program has been running for at least a few years. You are at a pivotal point in your business. You feel like it’s time to refocus and want to take it to the next level.

    What does it involve?

    This is different for everyone. I don’t use a set approach and after our initial session, we will work on the areas that will make the greatest difference.

    This might be:

    Reworking your program design so efficiency and effectiveness meets passion.

    Gathering information, case studies and data in the form of a mini program review

    Understanding your program process to create space and opportunity.

    People who work with me say that they come away with a renewed sense of passion. They become super clear on their direction and create space in their business that allows them to take on exciting, aligned opportunities.

  • Walk with Me: Mini Program Refocus Session

    I love walking and sitting in nature. I use this practice a lot when I am working on complex issues for my clients. In this session, I want to bring you along with me.

    What can you expect?

    This session includes an initial discussion into your program or challenge, some reflection time and space, followed by a debrief and next steps session.

    How long is the session?

    We walk and/or sit in nature for approximately 3 hours (although you might want to allow a bit of extra time here). You will receive a reflections summary that I complete after our session.
